Trio X Okta: Next Level Identity Management

Trio Team

We are thrilled to share that Trio, as a Mobile Device Management (MDM) solution, has recently announced partnership with Okta, a leading identity and access management company. This alliance aims to provide a comprehensive solution for managing and securing devices in workplaces of any size. With Trio’s expertise in device management and Okta’s advanced identity management capabilities, Trio will offer organizations a seamless and efficient way to manage their employees’ devices while ensuring the highest level of security. This partnership is a significant step towards addressing the growing need for secure mobile device management in today’s ever-changing digital landscape.

Integration Details

To begin the integration process, navigate to Organization> Integrations and connect with Okta. Upon logging in, you will be seamlessly redirected to Trio for further authentication. Once validated, your users can use Okta’s SSO features.

Trio utilizes OAuth protocols in conjunction with Okta, to provide secure and seamless authentication and authorization processes for its users. With Trio’s authentication protocols users can grant Okta limited access to their resources without sharing their credentials, and Okta can then issue access tokens for Trio to access the user’s resources on their behalf. This integration allows for a streamlined and secure user experience, ensuring that only authorized users can access resources.

Key Benefits

This new integration offers numerous benefits for organizations looking to secure and manage their devices and user’s identities. From enhanced security and centralized management to improved user experience and cost savings, the integration provides a comprehensive solution for organizations of all sizes. Okta’s IAM capabilities allow for seamless integration with existing applications and systems, reducing the need for manual processes and improving overall efficiency.

SSO and MFA Streamlined

These benefits are especially significant in the case of identity management. With Okta’s single sign-on feature, users only need to remember one set of login credentials to access multiple applications, reducing the risk of weak or forgotten passwords. This not only improves user productivity but also enhances security by reducing the number of potential entry points for hackers. Trio and Okta’s multi-factor authentication (MFA) feature adds an extra layer of security to the login process, making it more difficult for unauthorized users to gain access to sensitive information.

With Trio and Okta’s combined efforts, identity management is streamlined to the next level. Organizations now have access to a centralized and secure identity management solution, enhanced security features, and improved efficiency. By simplifying the login process, safeguarding against data breaches, and enabling seamless integration with existing systems, Trio’s newest integration offers a multitude of benefits that can significantly enhance an organization’s overall security, productivity, and user experience.
